Expert Culinary Training

The Expert Culinary Training was designed with a blended learning education approach. It is a combination of online training and traditional classroom sessions.​

This course teaches more sophisticated preparations for meat, poultry, game meat, fish and crustaceans dishes, the art of menu engineering, and how to create a balanced menu.

Students will learn cost calculation, and supervisory skills.​​

​​The trained Experts will have the ability to create their own recipes and apply their knowledge to any type of cuisine.
