Before the grand opening, our esteemed trainers in Romania are continuing their own journey with us to become GSL Certified Culinary Trainers — Professional Level. Their training will ensure that students receive top-tier instruction, blending Swiss expertise with local culinary traditions.
Meet Our Local Partner: Marius C.

One of the driving forces behind this project is Marius C., a veteran of the wine industry with 30 years of experience. His passion for wine and gastronomy led him to envision a culinary school that would elevate Romania’s food and hospitality sector.
"Romania has great potential for tourism, and we can boost that with top-quality services. By learning from Switzerland and setting up a culinary school supported by Global Swiss Learning, I believe we can really make a difference."
Marius was inspired after visiting a renowned culinary school in Italy. Witnessing how proper education can transform a country’s hospitality industry, he set out to create a similar opportunity in Romania.
