We are excited to announce that another world-class Masterchef has joined Global Swiss Learning. As Head Culinary Excellence, Patrick Diethelm will lead product development, training, and international marketing for our chef courses.
Patrick can look back on an illustrious international career. Having worked in renowned hotels and restaurants, he coached, among others, the Swiss Culinary Junior National Team and brought home with them the Olympic victory and 3 gold medals at the "Culinary Olympics" in Erfurt in 2004.
Patrick was awarded the "Medal of Honor" by the Swiss Culinary Association in 2005. In 2007, he was elected Vice President of the Swiss Culinary Federation. Also in 2007, he organized the first SENAC - DCT Culinary Cup in São Paulo. In 2009, he was elected an honorary member of the "American Academy of Chefs" by the "American Culinary Federation". At the WACS Congress in Santiago de Chile in 2010, Patrick was elected the youngest honorary member of the World Association of Chefs WACS, where he was an Educational Committee Member from 2008-2014.
