Tina Tian joins our Asia team as a Master Trainer for our Richemont courses in China. She will conduct on-campus trainings for students, as well as teachers’ trainings throughout Greater China.
Tina has had a successful 25-year career as a pastry chef in renowned upscale hotel chains, like Crowne Plaza, Sofitel and Marco Polo Parkside Hotel. For the last 10 years, she has been a Western cuisine teacher at the Yangzhou Hospitality Institute. She holds a food technology and testing diploma from Jiangnan University, and completed the Qualified Learning Facilitator program at the Lausanne Hotel Management Institute. She continues to immerse herself in the industry with vocational education and referee trainings, as well as exploring innovative food concepts such as molecular cuisine. Welcome to GSL Tina!
