To support the growth of their professionals and development of their business, Bakels Brasil introduced our Richemont Bakery and Pastry Professional Training program, and has now started the in-house, hands-on part of the program with our GSL Brazilian Master Trainers

Engagement with the online training

We've witnessed Bakel’s employees' engagement with our interactive, online courses, offered as the first part of the Professional Training. The training allows them to enhance their skills, learn new techniques, and expand their knowledge. Through digital, asynchronous learning, Bakels ensures that their employees have flexible access to top-notch training content, regardless of their location or schedules.


The Importance of In-House Training

Building on the employees’ successful completion of the online courses, they started the next step, and began the in-house training sessions. Conducted by our Master Trainers, Pedro Calvo (Bakery) and Diego Barcellos (Pastry and Confectionery), these sessions provide a hands-on experience that allows Bakels’ team to refine their practical skills, by practicing what they’ve learned online, with the support of our Master Trainers.

We’re receiving positive feedback from Bakels’ team as they progress through the training. Even their most experienced team members are finding value in the program. They’re convinced of the importance of continuous learning and staying updated with the latest techniques and industry trends from around the world.
