Swiss Bakery Expert

Richemont's Swiss Bakery Expert training teaches new techniques to students that have already completed the Professional level. In particular, students will explore different leavening methods, like mash, poolish or sourdough, in greater detail, and test their creativity and skills with more elaborate products.

​The course is 80% online and 20% on-campus, and the certification is issued by Richemont, Switzerland. ​
