Global Swiss Learning (GSL) and Pacojet have expanded their collaboration through the integration of the Pacotizing® unlimited module into GSL's culinary training portfolio.

The module is now available across GSL programs and can be accessed by corporate customers, including hotel and restaurant groups, as well as by individual learners studying through GSL partner schools.

About Pacojet

Founded in Switzerland, Pacojet is known for its patented pacotizing® technology, which enables chefs to process deep-frozen ingredients into fine purées, mousses, ice creams, sauces, and other preparations with a high degree of consistency and precision.
