I found the training super helpful, especially the tips on plating and presentation.

It's been very beneficial for the junior team as not everyone is well trained in certain aspects of the kitchen, and this gives them an added skill set which can be used in any hotel worldwide. 

For me the training was especially valuable, because I’m really just starting out in this world. I wanted to inform myself. Challenge myself. Even for more experienced people, I think it’s really good to refresh.

I did this training during the busiest season at our hotel. Somehow, I could manage to do it, even if it was super busy. Thanks to the flexibility of the program, I could do part for part, and at the end it was great. When I finished, it felt so good.

The use of simple examples makes it easy for all chefs to follow, no matter their level of experience. It was also innovative because it focused not only on recipes, but also on presentation, consistency, and guest experience.
