The Chinese are baking Swiss butter braids!

As we are preparing our China market entry, three vocational schools in China tested our online learning module and got a taste of the traditional Swiss butter braid.


The courses were well received by the nearly 100 learners and the teachers, and the feedback was encouraging.


A teacher from Beijing said: "In my previous classes, we just threw all the ingredients into the blender. Of course, the result was nothing like what we make today."

Another student witnessed, "Every detail, even the temperature of the milk, can affect the result. Now I understand not only how to make the product, but also the corresponding process and technique to do so."


We are glad that our didactic concept of teaching professional skills in our learning modules is well received.
